Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again Hits Theatres in Exactly One Month

There’s a fire within our soul.

July 19, 2018 will mark ten years since Amanda Seyfriend, Dominic Cooper, Meryl Streep, Pierce Brosnan and a slew of other triple threats danced and pranced across our screens in the mega movie musical Mamma Mia, and now we get to see where it all began. More exciting than a Maury episode, we endured the heartbreaking search for Sophie’s (Seyfried) father while single mother Donna Sheridan had to face three former flames who returned to her Greek island BnB to walk her daughter down the aisle.

We always sensed the star power ran deeper than the first film showed, and it turns out that one Cher will be cameoing as grandmother Ruby who doesn’t exactly have an invite but won’t be discouraged from joining the party.

Speaking of royal blood, Brit Lily James plays the young Donna as we time jump back to when she first landed on the island, accompanied by Jeremy Irvine (War Horse) as the young Sam Carmichael.

We can’t wait to become dancing queens again, but to appease ourselves in the meantime, check out the pic of Cher performing at CinemaCon in Vegas last month.
