‘Bass Persuades’ Review: Miley Cyrus Balances Heavy Bass and Vulnerable Storytelling

Bass Persuades is a record of stark, intentional contrasts. While its initial push was built around a bombastic lead single designed to command attention, the full project quickly diverts into something vastly more personal. Miley uses the 10-track layout to dissect the personal realities of her current era: finding her soulmate, processing the intricate dynamics of her relationship with her sister, and searching for spiritual grounding.

On “Different Religion” (featuring Model/Actriz), she turns a philosophical lens on faith itself.
