After being dropped by Fox, the show runners were looking for a new home and after failing with 20th Century Fox it looks like the series will be dropped. It more to confirm this is recent tweets by Jason O’Mara who posterd “A moment of silence for what has passed and what might have been. #Netflix ends talks to revive our show,” he wrote on Monday, January 26.
In another post, “A BIG thank you to the legion of #TerraNova fans all over the world for your passion & support. Had a great time playing Jim. #saditsallover”

That sucks. 🙁 I liked the show. I'm surprised they went to Netflix though. Do they really have more money than SYFY? or FX? Whatever happened to syndication? or MyNetwork TV?
