Teen Wolf fans, we have yet another epic episode of this truly great show!!
Last night in one word was Amazing! We finally learned who the Kanima is and with that got some great emotional scenes in which felt reminiscent to season 1.
Let’s start of with Jackson.. I knew it was him after suspecting it for a few episodes, I also enjoyed how it ties in with all the clues we had be given from the moment the show returned.. like Jackson emerging from the water in his first scene and also his black ooze discharge now all make sense.
We also got to see Lydia and Jackson have a emotional moment with each other after having little scenes together.. I guess he still has feelings for her.. But an even bigger question is who was in the car right at the end that comforted him? since the creature’s weakness is loneliness.
My bets are its either the Biology teacher or the counselor as the cars sticker gave us clue as it read “Imagination is more important than Knowledge”, a quote from Einstein.
Now on to Derek and his gang, Erica and the other new additions to the pack were on a mission to find out who the Kanima was, making them interrogate Jackson and Lydia.. which failed and lead to Derek believing it was Lydia (and boy wasn’t he wrong).
Erica continued to sabotage Allison and Scott’s relationship which i believe was assigned by Derek. But Allison wasn’t going to go down without a fight, after Erica’s threats we finally saw Allison get her gear together and shoot a arrow that contained wolfs bane leaving Erica paralyzed. Good on Allison! Erica had it coming.
Also on a side note, it looks like Allison has a new admirer in which is the new photographer in town who is starting to become suspicious after discovering that his photographs of Scott and the rest of the wolf gang have glowing eyes! What will he do when he finds out their secret?
Stiles was once again his usual self delivering the comic relief of the episode, he was busy protecting Lydia and by doing so nearly accidentley shooting Scott with Allison’s weapon. On a final note, we still are yet to know what is going with her as she continues to see the old Alpha.. it’s going to be interesting to see how this plays out.
Overall, it was yet another excellent episode of this truly triumphant second season, as it delivered in everything that Teen Wolf is by finally revealing who the Kanima is and in doing so opening up new questions and mysteries to its fans. I’m sure, after this episode many fans (including me) were wanting yet another fix of the show, but sadly.. we will have to wait till next week.
But for now check out a few spoilers of what’s ahead in the season to make the week’s wait less painful.
