Isn’t this just J’amazing?
Beloved Aussie comedian Chris Lilley last graced (or abused) our screens with Jonah From Tonga years ago returns with a new 10 part series commissioned especially for the streaming service.
Premier Annastacia Palaszczukhas praised the series for “employing up to 250 Queensland cast and extras, plus around 100 Queensland crew.”
You’ll notice the previous Lilley catalogue of We Can Be Heroes, Summer Heights High, J’amie Private School Girl and the aforementioned Jonah series, each demonstrating a pattern of repeating characters across the different shows.
Personally, we hope Mr G makes a comeback this time, even as a cameo.
June can’t come soon enough.
