This is the first quick review/recap post.. as it gets difficult to juggle so many full show reviews.
So from now on I will be compiling the shows of the night with a short recap/review, an overall rating, and the promo for upcoming weeks.
Pretty Little Liars – Season 3, Episode 8 “Crazy”
This is our first ever PLL review, hope you enjoy it!
After an excitement filled episode last week, we were given a disappointing follow up as the show did not answer any new questions to fans and focused more or relationships as it does quite often.
The only highlights of this episode save it from being a complete bore.. We got introduced to Ezra’s conniving mum who does not agree with Aria and Ezra’s relationship and when confronting Aria, she is immediately brought down which then lead her to break down in tears to her dad.
Hannah saved Mona from going to New York, which A must of planned after finding out about her conversation with Aria and Hannah last week.. and ended up kissing Wren . Emily got together with Paige after finding out that she kissed her during her drugged alcohol period. And the Maya website had no leads whatsoever as it was filled with personal videos made by Maya with Emily that did not deepen the mystery any further which was quite disappointing.
Overall, last night was mostly filler and did not match the excitement build up left by last week’s enticing filled episode that diverged from answering any questions by dragging them out even further. Let’s hope next week’s episode is more promising, it sure looks it by judging from the promo.

The L.A. Complex – Season 2, Episode 3 “Choose Your Battles”
Last nights episode was much more interesting installment compared to last week’s average episode as it continued to develop all the characters and in doing so making us become even warmers to the new characters.
The highlights of the ep was that King Kaldrick continued to suffer from bashing Tariq by seeing him everywhere which then drove him to run away and visit a asylum in which we learn that his dad is living.
Abbey and Nick relationship became further strained as Sabrina went to extreme lengths to jeopardize Nick (who else was hating Sabrina as much as me?).
Abbey also further struggled with her new career which made her unware of Nick’s struggles which brought them to a break by her moving out of his apartment. Will these two last?.. Raquel also went on in hiding her baby news and became jealous of Connor’s fake gf whilst finally getting to act on his show.. Lastly, Beth and Simon started to become more skilled in the business by learning the pains of breaking into Hollywood as she had to lie to score her brother a gig.. I sense that Beth also may be finding love with the tech guy.
Overall, a great improvement from last week that continued the energy that was present in the season’s premiere by providing fans with more character development and allowed them to become more close to the new kids on the block. Look forward to seeing what the show brings us next week!
