This week we had another entertaining episode of TVD but it didn’t have as much huge developments like other weeks as it took a step back and focused on the effects once more of Elena , by exploring the aftermath of her first kill.

Elena’s Dark Side and Delena?.. Kinda felt sorry for Elena last night as she continued to struggle with her innocence and new found vampire self after killing Connor, his dead self stalked her for the entire episode including a hallucination of Katherine! Both of them aimed and convinced her to kill herself. In the end though, Damon came to the rescue from her burning up ( who else loved the jump shot to save her?).
By episodes end, we also saw Elena finally admit her feeling to Stefan over Damon.. There’s trouble in paradise TVD fans! Do you want Stelena or Delena?
Stefan Pushed Behind.. I loved how Elena stopped trusting him, i’m just sick of the way he gets selfish over her to find the cure and hurt anything that gets in his way.. I’m also glad she learned of the cure as she knows what Stefan is up to. The last scene where Stefan let her go was kinda a let down, why didn’t he try to understand what she was feeling rather than stating that he cant take it anymore.. i guess the writers need a way to finally break up Stelena and this never-ending love triangle.
Jeremy, The New Hunter!.. Ouch!, that first scene were he got stabbed was brutal.. how many times does Jeremy need to experience death?. Jeremy has really become interesting this season, and in this episode we saw him take his first step into becoming a full-blown hunter after having his vampire kill to save Elena from those dreaded hallucinations, but what does this mean from Jeremy and his loved ones? I sense were gonna get a whole new dark side from him and its going to test him and friends like never before.
Klauraline?.. I don’t know about you, but im actually looking forward to the exploration of Klaus and Caroline as they both add something dynamic out of each other. It became highlighted once more as Tyler began to question Caroline on her distracting him by going on date with him, i sense these two will be headed for Splitsville soon and Hayley will be there to hold Tyler’s hand.
Side-notes.. Bonnie and the mysterious new Professor Shane? This is not looking pretty as he has a hidden agenda after Damon discovered of his involvement in recent developments via Matt. What is this guy up to? and will Bonnie join him when she finds out what his doing?

Overall, we got a much more laid back episode, entertaining but didn’t take the major story-lines currently ongoing any further, it highlighted to fans that the relationships have come full blow and will come to boiling point in the episode to come! I for one am happy with this, as it has been lingering for quite some time now.
