And just like that, Charlotte becomes one of our faves…
This week’s episode was certainly a redemption episode for Charlotte, while the rest of the plot slightly moved forward from previous weeks.
Let’s break down this week’s episode…
Charlotte wins the entire episode… Not only did Charlotte put up a fight against the shady guy she went home with the last week (who just so happened to also be the man who tried to assassinate her father) but she finally came to her senses and called for help from her sister.
When Emily showed up, I kind of had a gut feeling it would be her… She of course helped out her sister out and covered up her mess, along with giving a piece of valuable life advice.
And it worked! Charlotte finally took charge of her life and yes, the moment we have been waiting for.. confronted her mother after learning she was the true killer of Emily’s lover Aidan. YOU GO GIRL! for also breaking Vic’s illusion of blaming Emily for Pascal’s death. She certainly spilled the truth tea, and plus may have potentially also served that tea to her brother Daniel.
Speaking of Victoria, we also saw her struggle to cope with her lies as she continues to lose ties with her loved ones with being stuck in her lies with David. Those closing scenes showed a confused Victoria trying to stand alongside him, while also battling with telling him the truth.
Oh, And I’m dying to know what was in that envelope Emily gave her, as it was addressed with “My Dear Sister” alongside the now family trademark infinity symbol.
Sisters are doing it together… yes I just love when family, especially siblings team up together!
Poor Nolan… Who just wanted to give him a big hug this episode?
Seriously, why does he have to be caught in between the most-confusing daughter and father relationship.
He wants to tell David that his disillusioned by Victoria and that his daughter is indeed alive, but than as we all Nolan to be is always faithful to the end alongside Emily…
I was agitated watching him have to balance that out on live television. Being humiliated by the man his served and trusted.. only to later than be punched in the face by him and told that he is indeed a disgrace to his actual father!
Emily seriously needs to put an end to this, Nolan’s been through the ringer long enough.
Emily’s distrust… BUT! While we want her to fess up to her father on who she really is… do we really know who David is?
She has spotted a web of lies being weaved by her father, and she’s confused as to why he is lying about being tortured and where he really was before he resurfaced.
Emily is a careful creature, so she needs to know exactly what is his plans before she reveals herself.
Is her father the man she remembers, or is he indeed the evil man that he was supposedly framed of?
Louise, Margaux & Daniel drama… Guess my predictions were correct, Louise really just wants a mother figure and her target is Victoria.
But what do you do when your mother figure is a cold b***h? The answer is manipulation, as Louise has set her sights on cutting Margaux out of the family picture after seeing her significance alongside Victoria.
Umm, even though she’s scheming I kind of feel sorry for Louise as she’s truly seeking out a loving figure, only to be constantly entangled with heartless people. I really hope she somehow gets a happy ending… away from the Graysons that is.
Jack and his nuance... Is anyone else finding his cop partner, Ben to be really annoying?
I get his desperate to figure out what happened to Conrad. Seriously though, why is he so desperate to know? Is he hiding something, or is he tied to Conrad somehow?
Jack although who tried to stop his madness, ended up having to get involved after Ben spotted the double infinity carved into that garage wall. Jack is now aboard, to of course protect his true love of his life, Emily! And perhaps his maybe a bit curious (I know I am) as to why the symbol is even there.
