Hilary Duff is back with a sure-to-be-hit new single “Sparks.”
The track was penned by popular Swedish newcomer Tove Lo and will feature on Duff’s upcoming new album (which is yet to receive a release date). It marks a continued promo for the new release as Hilary took a break to properly promote the new era.
