Neon Tetra chats exclusively with us about their brand new single “The End Begins Again” and their upcoming tour!

Read our full interview below:

  1. Fave current song and inspirations?

‘How Many Times’ by Ollie English just dropped the other day and we absolutely love it. Ollie plays with some very talented pals of ours and now brings in a gospel quartet on back up vocals. You just melt.

  1. What inspired your new EP and hidden meanings?

It’s an ode to some of the music we love from the Motown era. It’s got lots of funk, soul and boogie-rock vibes. There was a lot of new love in the band member’s lives when the record was written and that really speaks out. We wanted encapsulate that energy and send those frequencies out.

  1. Most memorable concert?

Definitely supporting Robbie Williams at The Adelaide 500 this year. Playing in front of 20,000+ people and seeing him perform later was all time.

  1. And major plans for 2018?

We have heaps of shows coming up in autumn, including a few residencies. We’re making plans to get around the country before we jump back into the studio to work on a bunch of new material. There’s a bunch going on back at headquarters and we can’t wait to see what the rest of 2018 has in store.
