Get excited because, in what is set to be the biggest show of 2017, two of the world’s most renowned artists, Cyndi Lauper and Blondie are joining forces to co-headline a tour around Australia!

This is a world first and the two iconic artists will be play two arena shows in Sydney and Melbourne, as well as the A Day on the Green winery shows around the country in April 2017.
Blondie’s front woman, Debbie Harry and Cyndi Lauper have been trailblazers for women in rock for the past four decades. They have influenced not only the music scene, but have also become style and pop culture icons, touching millions of fans along the way.
Both have released a stream of hits throughout the years, all of which are still popular today. Blondiehas sold more than 40 million albums worldwide and are Hall of Fame inductees. Their discography includes Heart of Glass, The Tide is High, Call Me and Atomic. The band’s founding members including front woman Debbie Harry, guitarist Chris Stein and drummer Clem Burke, along with the rest of the band have been working on a new album, set to be released in March 2017 so we can expect some new hits mixed in with the classics.

Cyndi Lauper is one of the few people to have earned an Emmy, Grammy and Tony award and she has raked in 50 million album sales. She has recently just released a new album, Detour and she has written the music for the incredible musical Kinky Bootswhich has just opened in Melbourne to rave reviews. She is known for her classics Girls Just Wanna Have Fun, Time After Time and All Through the Night.
