On the 14th of October, a fan event was held out of the US and the UK to celebrate the new JK Rowling film Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.

The fan event had a live-stream Q&A section (which you can check out below), where fans were able to ask actors in the film all the questions that they had (within reason) about what was in store for the pair. With a cast that features Eddie Raymond and Colin Farrell, fans could not be more excited about the fact that they get to learn more about the magical world that J.K Rowling has created.

Set in a time before Harry Potter (1926 to be exact), the film focuses on Newt Scamander, who has been travelling around the world documenting the wild world of fantastic beasts that are available within the magic world. However, things get a bit interesting when he meets a No-Maj, which is American for Muggle, named Jacob while Scamander is on a stopover in New York City.

Fans were also treated to some major news, as J.K Rowling also announced that there would be five Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them films. As Harry Potter fans are more of the passionate bunch, you can just tell that this news was met with the excitement and joy that they experienced while watching the first Harry Potter film.
